Contact one of the registration sites listed above (you will find
complete pricing information in the order.doc included in this program).
The agent will send you a copy of the latest version of Spanish Helper
which includes the free program CHISTES.EXE which is a collection of 101
jokes in Spanish plus their translations. You will also receive a printed
copy of the manual of the Registered Version. When you have installed
the Registered Version, the messages telling you to register your copy,
and the last screen with the message "You have used this program XX times",
etc. will disappear forever. You will also then be able to see the
instructive jokes in CHISTES.EXE.

whether it's commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes
fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy.

using this software. Use of this software indicates your acceptance of
these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not use

Shareware Version
You are hereby licensed to: use the Shareware Version of the Spanish
Helper Level One for a 30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of
the Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish;
give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and
distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation in
its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any
of the above.
For commercial distribution, please see the information in the file
VENDINFO.DIZ.
If you find this program useful and continue to use it after 30 days,
you must make a registration payment of $29.00 in the US or £ 20 if
registered in the UK. (Please see ORDER.DOC for multiple user registration
prices). The registration fee will license one copy for use on any one
computer at any one time. See ORDER.DOC for payment details.

parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
Commercial users of Spanish Helper Level One must register and pay
for their copies within 30 days of first use or their license
is withdrawn. Any sort of educational institution is included among the
various types of commercial users. See ORDER.DOC for details and prices.

Spanish Helper is produced by a member of the Association of Shareware
Professionals (ASP). ASP wants to make sure that the shareware principle
works for you. If you are unable to resolve a shareware-related problem
with an ASP member by contacting the member directly, ASP may be able to
help. The ASP Ombudsman can help you resolve a dispute or problem with an
ASP member, but does not provide technical support for members' products.

All questions and complaints will be answered by G.B. Blanchard either
by mail, Email, or Fax, concerning both registered or unregistered
versions of Spanish Helper Level One (see contact addresses below).
Registered users of any of the Three levels will be issued a FREE
replacement copy of their registered program in the event that any
major bug (see next sentences for definition of 'bug') is discovered
within THREE MONTHS of having paid the registration fee. A 'major bug'
is defined as a fault in programming which will not allow any one of the
features offered in Spanish Helper to function properly. A 'major bug'
is NOT considered, for example, the fact that you consider the correct
definition of 'caballo' to be 'workhorse'. 'Major bugs' refer to the
correct functioning of the program on the computer, regardless of text
content. If the bug cannot be fixed on your IBM compatible computer, a
full refund of the registration will be sent to you, provided that you
report the problem within the three month period starting from the date
you paid your registration. In no way is the distributor in your country
responsible for this policy; G.B. Blanchard, the copyright holder is
solely responsible for the conditions contained in this paragraph.
Now, let's have a plain English statement after the legal mumbo-jumbo:
The programs have been fully tested on a wide range of IBM compatible
computers, and we haven∩t found any problems. We'll be happy to fix a
problem if you find one within 3 months, and if it can't be fixed, we'll
refund your money. It's that simple and we're that sure of our programs.
